the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. they answered my questions about nearby transportation options (the metro and buses were quite close). breakfast was included and offered fresh fruit, pastries, and good coffee.

the location was central, a short walk to the metro. (that's always a plus).
the room was quite small. i found it difficult to move around comfortably, especially in the bathroom. the window faced some ventilation pipes, so i could not really open it, resulting in a dark and stuffy room. it really was quite disappointing.

The service was really good. Fresh towels and clean pillowcases looked daily. My room had generous proportions and included a sizable closet alongside a convenient mini bar. Breakfast offered a amazing array of choices. The air conditioning performed admirably, a real plus.
The coffee maker in the room was a bit of a letdown as they only filled it once. Subsequent refills required a fee, which seemed a bit inconvenient.
